Your order should be delivered within 2 weeks of you ordering.
Unless; at the time of ordering the product, it is a pre-order, if so it will be stated on the product page when the item will be delivered. -

You can amend your order prior to our nursery processing it, This can vary depending on the day your ordered. To amend an order please email; info@thecotswoldplantcompany.com using the subject line: Order Amendment. If we have already processed your order, we are unable to edit it.

If your item is received damaged or incorrect please contact us at: info@thecotswoldplantcompany.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To speed up the process, if the plant is damaged make sure you photograph this ASAP and attach to the email

In line with our sustainability plan we are trying to reduce our carbon footprint, so sometimes we may hold back your order so we can send it all out in one delivery, if the dates are over 7 working days apart we will send them separately. If we do need to delay your delivery we will always email you with an update. If you haven’t received an update from us please email; info@thecotswoldplantcompany.co.uk

Yes you can, if you would like a personalised card with your order please make sure you add one to your basket and add a note at check out what you would like the card to say

Delivery can vary for every plant, due to plants having different life cycles. We try to have all our products delivered within 2 weeks of ordering.
Some products may be only available for pre order and you will be indicated on the product page when to expect this to be delivered.
Please note we always quote ‘working day delivery’ as our nursery is open Monday-Friday.
You will receive a dispatch email when you product is leaving us and this will be delivered within 48 hours of leaving our nursery

Returns and Cancellations

If you wish to return your item please contact us at: info@thecotswoldplantcompany.com . Please include your name, order number, email and phone number.

You can cancel your order up until we process your order, to cancel please email us; info@thecotswoldplantcompany.com and please title the email ‘CANCEL ORDER’.
Once we have processed your order you are no longer able to cancel.
